Eliane completed her entire education – from secondary school to a permanent job in health and welfare.

After high school, Eline had an internship at a nursing home in Flekkefjord.
She worked in a temporary agency for five years, when she took adult training (as an apprentice) with practice at the workplace, theory and a professional test.
After passing the professional test, Eliane was offered a 100% permanent position within Health and Welfare in Flekkefjord municipality.
Eliane says that she is very satisfied with the entire process from secondary school to today.
She feels well taken care of and is grateful to have received both education, professional certificate and work experience at the workplace, as well as getting a good job with flexible rotation in a 100 % position.
"I am lucky to have achieved all this without having to move away from Flekkefjord. I want to continue in my job in Flekkefjord municipality and hope for many more good years here."
