Who are we?
Agder Gruppen's department in Flekkefjord, Agder Tunnelservice, develops completely new solutions for the construction industry. We develop, manufacture and sell construction machinery for construction and tunnels, as well as conversions to hybrid and all-electric operation for the Norwegian and international market. Our strength is our professional weight within several disciplines: electrical engineering, industrial and construction mechanics, automation, as well as domain knowledge (plants, tunneling).
Growth and expansion
Agder Tunnelservice in Flekkefjord was established in 2018 and has 95 employees. The company is located in the Svegskogen industrial estate, just west of the center of Flekkefjord. A new industrial building was commissioned in 2022, with 1,700 square meters for production, remodeling, service, a warehouse with 100,000 components, a hose workshop and a laundry hall, in addition to offices and meeting rooms.
Innovative solutions - Greenline
Construction machinery is converted from diesel operation to hybrid solutions with electric operation. New efficient equipment is developed and put into production and separate software is also created for the new products. It is, among other things, developed specially designed derricks for rock drilling, in four different sizes. Excavators from 10 to 100 tonnes are converted from diesel operation to hybrid solutions at the workshop, which means that they get full functionality on both diesel and electricity. The products are launched under the group's own brand name "Greenline".
Sustainability and local trade
We contribute to the green shift by developing products with low emissions and a low climate footprint. Sustainability is central to the business; we take care of our employees and the external environment at the workplace. Reuse and recycling are also important. At the same time, we support local teams and associations financially and in other ways. We buy goods and services from local suppliers.
