Consultant

The position belongs to Staff and business support, which currently has 20 committed people. We work with personnel, payroll, accounting, information, digitalisation, archives, privacy and emergency preparedness to name a few. The position will be organized under the chief of staff and have office space at the town hall in Flekkefjord. You will work closely with payroll, staff and managers at the municipality's various units, as well as various public services. 

 

Work assignments

  • Sick pay reimbursement
  • Support function income reports
  • Exemption from the employer's period
  • Pension notices KLP/FKP/SPK
  • Invoicing
  • Attestation of invoices and invoice receipt support function
  • Support function remittance and bookkeeping
  • Insurance/insurance questions for employees
  • Maintenance/super user time registration system (WinTid)
  • Other tasks within the unit must be expected

We use per today Agresso, but we are working on introducing Visma. The system must be put into use from 1 January 2025. 

Qualifications

  • University education in economics/administration subjects
  • Long experience in the field can compensate for a lack of formal education
  • Relevant experience from similar work/professional area
  • Preferably with experience within the public sector, preferably municipal
  • Fluent written/oral Norwegian is required for the position
  • Good oral and written presentation skills
