Health professional team:

We have our own team of healthcare workers who assist the various departments across the board. This is to ensure help where it is most needed at all times. It is also an advantage to be professionally confident, so that you can also assist patients you do not know as well from day to day.

With us, all night shifts are organized in their own department. This is to improve the possibility of being able to collaborate well crosswise, and to facilitate a professional community. Previous experience of night work is an advantage.
