Academic weight and sustainability - We have a great breadth in our core expertise, with expertise in mechatronics, cyber engineering, hydraulics and electrical engineering. Furthermore, the company has highly skilled employees in trades such as industrial mechanics, welding, machining and electrical/automation. AMV contributes strongly to the green shift and 94 % of the product portfolio is electric.

Exciting social activities and well-being - It is important for AMV to have employees who thrive in everyday life. We try to contribute via activities such as joint training "Crossfit", company football, joint summit hikes, trip to Kongeparken (every 2nd year), as well as informing about exciting offers Flekkefjord has to offer. We also organize social activities at department level, have joint activities – Christmas parties, summer parties, end of Christmas and barbecues a couple of times a year. 

Stable and inclusive workplace - Diversity is great at AMV. We have employees with a range of nationalities. In addition, AMV works actively with inclusion and makes arrangements for those who are not in the workforce or have "gaps in their CV" to be given the opportunity to try their hand at work-related activities so that they get into work, or closer to work. 

Supports the local community - AMV sponsors several local teams and associations. We are the main sponsor of "Stjernemila". Furthermore, we work closely with the schools in the municipality/region, by arranging company visits, so that they can get to know AMV as a company and see the exciting work opportunities that lie in the home municipality.
