Who are we?

IPC is a complete, nationwide supplier of industrial pipes. We design, manufacture and install various pipe systems in plastic and most types of steel. The main market is land-based farming. Since our inception in 2010, we have been involved in the construction of around 50 small and large farming facilities along the coast - from south to north. We also supply pipes to the process industry and the power industry. The customer list includes large manufacturing companies and suppliers to the power industry.

Our employees have long and versatile experience from several different markets such as maritime industry, aquaculture, offshore and other industries. This gives us a professional depth that few can match. Professional weight combined with a personal and good service means that we have customers who come again and again. 

We hold on to the threads

As a customer of IPC, you will not have to deal with more than one supplier. We have a large network of partners and suppliers, as well as employees with extensive experience in production and assembly from several different markets.

Good and flexible working environment

At IPC in Flekkefjord, we have a solid work culture that we have built up over several years. Many of our employees work in shifts and spend a lot of time together. Therefore, cooperation is the focus. We emphasize having a continuous dialogue with our employees to facilitate flexible working hours and other benefits. Social gatherings are held regularly to strengthen cohesion among the employees. IPC also sponsors local sports to help ensure good growing conditions for children and young people.

Diversity

We have a good mix of Norwegian and Polish workers. The Polish workers have worked in Norway for several years and some have chosen to settle here with their families. The gender distribution is male-dominated among executive personnel, but we have women employed in office and finance and a new female industrial plumber is also on her way into the business.
