Who are we?

TRATEC Teknikken was established in 2007 and is the region's leading total supplier of electrical, pipe and air conditioning solutions. Their services extend from the socket in your kitchen to large complex industrial installations, both within and outside our national borders. They have 220 employees spread over departments in Flekkefjord, Lyngdal, Mandal, Kristiansand and Farsund. The main goal is always to deliver quality at the right price - at the agreed time.

Projects and future

In Flekkefjord there are approx. 50 employees. Larger projects are managed from here. Drawing, planning and programming work is also carried out via this department. There is rapid development in control systems, heat pump technology, solar cell systems, battery banks, etc. TRATEC Technology is forward-looking and always up-to-date on new technology and developments.

Takes care of the individual and the community

Our employees are our most important asset. Diversity

Diversity is great at TRATEC and we see it as a resource for development. We give equal pay for the same job/position and currently have more female employees than men. We also have several employees from different countries, such as Italy, France, Denmark, Poland, Croatia, Albania and Romania.

Sustainability

Our sustainability measures are based on a selection of the UN's sustainability goals. We focus on sustainability via skills development, inclusion of people with gaps in their CV, equality between the sexes, working environment and HSE, as well as a number of environmental measures. 

Local involvement

Local involvement is important for maintaining a sustainable society. We support local sports teams and associations, as well as festivals and events at all our locations. We also see our involvement in Smaabyen Flekkefjord as a way to include our new hires, especially newcomers.
